With the Umbraco v7 fast approaching its End of Life (September 2023), it is time to move your Umbraco v7 projects to the latest version of Umbraco v10+.

And as for Umbraco v8, Umbraco have already stopped introducing new features and the security phase will start for Umbraco v8 on August 2023, so there isn't much time to upgrade your v8 projects, either.

So the question is, how could you do your upgrades so that you could start benefiting from all of the performance and security improvements of .NET 6 and Umbraco v10+, as well as the new features?

In my talk, I'll briefly explain why the Umbraco upgrades are necessary and then give the details for the exact steps to do the Umbraco upgrades. Finally, I'll also share some details to help plan with the future v10+ upgrades.
